Once you are a member you are welcome to any and all classes! Just come!
Peak Body offers classes six days a week, Monday through Saturday. We’re ready to work with your busy schedule by offering classes throughout the day to ensure there is a time thatwill meet your specific needs. To achieve maximum results, we alternate our kickboxing and strength training classes daily to ensure you burn body fat and build lean muscle as efficiently as possible.

Most exercise programs only offer classes 3-4 times a week. Peak Body offers classes six days a week to give youmaximum flexibility to reach your peak potential. Whether you want to attend only a couple of classes a week oryou’re there every day, Peak Body offers you the same all-inclusive package at the same low price. The best part is,the more classes you attend, the less you’re paying for each one.
